I ordered this mount because I needed to angel my ring door bell to make it have a good view of my driveway and this was the perfect product. It came with several different angel mounts to get just the right angel. It was easy to install and fit the ring door bell perfectly. Shipped quickly and was delivered on time. The angle mount is made of good material and appears to be a quality product. I can recommend this angel mount.

Love it!!Pros:Works exactly as designed with the Ring Pro. Multiple wedges included so that you can pick which one will work best for your situation. Quick and easy to install. There are no screws visible from the outside once the Ring Pro is installed so no one can unscrew it easily.Con:Not a huge issue but wanted to point it out. Install this first if you haven’t installed a Ring Pro yet. The screw holes don’t align with the Ring Pro if you already had it installed , so you will have to drill a new hole (s).

The wiring for our doorbell is perpendicular to the door itself, so without an angled bracket the Ring Doorbell won't view anything it's right up against the front door. This bracket works as advertised. I was able to easily mount it on the door frame and then thread the doorbell wires through the opening in order to connect them to the Ring Doorbell. Now, the Ring views anyone coming up the walkway from a distance. Thumbs up!Two issues:(1) The included brackets are made of a cheap looking plastic. Whether or not they'll hold up to the elements and change of seasons remains to be seen.(2) They include three brackets: 20º, 30º, and 40º. I can't imagine many folks needing more than just one of these. Once you've decided on the angle that works for you, the other two brackets are effectively useless. So, you pay for three when you really only need one.

I have a less than ideal location of my doorbell, this helped to angle it to look in the right direction.

This product does NOT fit the Ring Pro 2 doorbell. Even if you just screwed directly into the plastic (since the holes don't even come close) the "window" on the chassis for the power run doesn't match up. You can't connect the wires at all as they are blocked. Nor can you try and connect the wires first and attempt to force it. This company can't even put holes in plastic properly. And they KNOW it doesn't fit - it's impossible them not to know, yet they sell it anyway. I guess people just figure it's only $18 so they won't worry about it, but I've already gotten a refund and am dropping off at UPS.

One of the reasons I went with this set is the number of angle options. I ended up using one I didn't expect to work, because it's hard to "eyeball" the field of view, so I am glad I had options. The main reason I didn't the adjustable angle mount is because my neighbor has one and it's somewhat wobbly, no matter how much you tighten the adjustments. This one installs solid and does not move when the Ring button is pressed.

The product itself seems fine, however, the fins on the back of the Ring Doorbell Pro do not fit recessed inside the angle brackets like they do with the original equipment wedges that come with the Ring Pro. The screw holes are too long and the sides edges are too thick for the back of the Ring to fit into the wedge. It would work, but would leave gaps in the back of the device exposed to the elements and not provide as stable a mount as it should.

This is the second unit I've ordered, I've installed 3 ring pro door bells and I have enough parts left over to install two more if needed. They are solid units with lots of room for a little extra wire to make connecting the wire easy.

Not happy with the product. The mounting screw hole to attach the actual ring pro doorbell snapped right off when inserting the screw. Poor quality form my experience with this product. Had to use a longer screw and drill a separate hole in the bracket to work with what I had. No time to return this defective product, I needed to get the installation done and move onto more important things.

I need an angled mounting plate to properly view my porch and front door. I liked the idea of a one piece plate. I hoped it would provide a strong and rigid mount. Unfortunately that was not the case. This product has a design flaw: the screw holes that hold the doorbell in place are thin, unsupported plastic (see picture 1). The 40 degree plate has about 3/4" of this unsupported plastic. It prevents the mounting screws from being adequately tightened. The doorbell itself wobbles and can be broken off completely with only moderate twisting force. The 20 and 30 degree mounts appear slightly stronger but can still be twisted off without much effort.Alternative products appear marginally stronger. Nothing stands out as being significantly better. In the end, I took an oak wedge, stained it black and mounted the doorbell to it (picture 2). Stronger than the doorbell itself.

Ring package actually contained the adapters, though not mentioned in listing so ordered these without actually needing them.
