A supposedly “dark†tort color was actually bright red and yellow. Also it has white backing, normally tort guards would be transparent.Pretty disappointing

This pickgaurd was great and accented my guitars look. Mine had a dark tortoise shell look and fit great. Using a med size dreadnought guitar.

I needed a pick guard for a 1930's Kalamazoo acoustic , and what I got was a very thin easily scratched pattern maker. I will keep this just to use it as a pattern for making a nice pick guard. If you just want a pick guard for a cheap guitar its just fine, I have no idea if the adhesion tape works , however 3M makes great products , I did not use it . The color is really dull and cheap looking. I hate to down a product so I will say you get what you pay for.

Not true to the color shown in the picture. I was expecting a very dark brown with just a little yellow possibly showing through. What I got was more of a red with much more obvious yellow in it.

The 3M adhesive (if real) would be the only high quality part of this product.After a look at it I was unwilling to put it on my guitar. I'll find somethingbetter.
