DO NOT pay Ford $25 for their grommet! A person on the Focus forums figured out this is the right dimensions and works perfectly. I installed it along with a new Ford PCV valve and this grommet is $3.99 and available here and almost all common parts stores.

I needed a replacement for my valve cover grommets and this one was the right fit for my 88 Jeep YJ, inline 6. I needed one front and for the rear. Front one was for intake filtration and the rear was for the PCV .

I have an aftermarket valve cover on my Jeep 258, and I needed to fit a 3/4" valve in a 1 1/4" hole.The listing very helpfully, unlike every other listing on Amazon, gives actual dimensions. 0.712" ID and 1.293" OD. Perfect for my fit! I bought this one because it was the only one on Amazon that make me actually confident I was getting the right part. It also says fit for AMC/Jeep models, so perfect.Well, it shows up at my house. It fits a 1" hole. Not gonna work. Turns out, when they said 1.293" OD, they meant the outside diameter of the flange. You know, the dimension that doesn't matter. They do NOT give the dimension of the hole it fits. Helpful. The package also says it fits only Chrysler, not AMC or Jeep.I assume that the person who measured this grommet and wrote the listing has no idea what a PCV grommet does or how it fits.Very dissatisfied.
