Bought new valve covers and the supplied grommet was too big for my PCV valve. Bought this Dorman product after measuring the valve for the correct hole size and it works perfectly. You may have to grease the grommet slightly to work it into the valve cover opening without the risk of cutting/tearing the grommet.

Do not go by the AMAZON compatibility chart, this grommet is not needed when replacing the PCV on a 93 Buick Park Ave, the PCV is held in place by an o-ring and NOT this grommet. I'm sure for the vehicle this grommet does fit, it will do what its supposed to do. Do your own research.... 1 star for the wrong compatibility chart, 4 stars for the actual product

For a 1992 LT1 Corvette the grommet looks like it has the right size specs, but isn't angled correctly. There needs to be ~15 - 30 degree angle upward for the U shaped hose. While it looks to be sized correctly, I left my original one on as it still is soft and pliable and I don't want to put stress on the hose. For less than $2 I might find another use for it.
