I've ignored this request for a review three times because, I didn't want to become involved in a dispute over the misuse of these expansion cups being used as a means to manufacturer an illegal modification for weapons. Because a few people brake the law, we law abiding citizens cannot use this and similar products for a completely legal solvent filter. WORTH MENTIONING: Firstly solvent is VERY EXPENSIVE, and without a way to filter metal, hardened powder residue, and grime out of the solvent, the expensive cleaner is wasted (unless one can afford another VERY EXPENSIVE item called an Ultrasonic cleaner. Either way costs too much. But a simple filter does wonders... What a shame; a few people ruins things for everyone. These expansion cups were not suitable for my purposes. I found a simple fuel filter that works fine, but it becomes filthy after just one or two uses, so another filter is required. BS! I've decided to just waste solvent to prevent contamination by using dirty solvent, or building something illegal. Ridiculous! BTW, these cups are heavy duty, and good quality for what they are made for.

These plugs fit a 1995 GM 4.3L V6 262 engine block with the correct amount of interference fit, and they withstood the force of being pounded into the holes. I used Permatex Thread Sealant on the mating surfaces. I needed eight plugs for the block, so there's two left over.FYI: the camshaft and balance shaft holes at the rear of the block take a larger expansion plug.
