Someone had put in a part that looked similar but did not work with the computer which caused all kinds of problems. This part cost more but does communicate with the computer and problem is solved.

With my SUV there was a issue with headlights blinking I was told to change the fuse so I bought this. It did not fix issue so I bought another one from auto parts store and it worked

This replaced my burnt-out 15016745 low beam headlight and DRL relay on my Buick LaCrosse. GM replaced the 15016745 relays with 13506836 relays in a recall. I can't be sure, but these Dorman 601-218 seem equivalent to the updated version. Time will tell. For now, it works fine, all I needed was to pull out the old one and push this one in its place (HDM, bay #35 in the underhood fuse box). Let there be light!
