Fits a 2018 rav 4 spindle perfectly and is thicke material than factory which I like. However you can’t bend A tab on the outer edge of the nut into the locking slot on the spindle and there is no castle but with a cott pin. Not a big deal thought just put some red thread locker on the spindle and torque to spec and you’ll be fine

It looks like it is too small to fit but I purchased an OEM one and the new ones now look like this although quality is a bit higher from Toyota. That said, this works so far and hasn't had any issues and is 1/2 the price so far so good.
