Meh. It works well and comes with gasket/bolts/retainer clips. Just a pain to put in. Id probably just run ptfe lines with AN fittings next time around.

I've used Dorman parts for years with really good luck. Its almost always a direct fit, the connections on hoses fit without leaks and I've been pleased with everything I've purchased from them so far.

The Doorman oil cooler match exactly the one we remove, It came with the gasket and the retaining clips for the radiator connection. If installing in a AWD or 4x4 save yourself time and lower the front differential it makes it a simple job to install the line..

Put these on July of 2022. In November 2024 While on the interstate pulling a trailer one of the rubber sections blew apart. Lost all oil, ended up on side of the interstate for a few hours until towed. Oil everywhere. Would not recommend. The gm delco lines are almost the same price. Defiantly not worth the headache and risk of blown engine. Hoses were not kinked or installed in a way that would warrant hose blow-out.

Fits vortec 6.0 with engine oil cooler line in radiator. My 2003 Cadillac Escalade is AWD so I had to unbolt the transfer case and use a jack to support it while I lowered it to give me room to wiggle the lines to the radiator.

Great OEM oil cooler adapter! I used this with a Derale 6 pass oil cooler and about 8 feet of 1/2" inner diameter hose. I cut the hoses off of the Dorman adapter and attached my own hoses to the cooler. Makes for a clean install. Use some leftover hose and slide it over the cooler lines to protect them from rubbing against the engine block (just cut a section of hose lengthwise and slide it over the tubing).
