Overall this felt and looked like great quality. End to end it was in perfect shape. The weld is solid and seems better than factory. The only issue I could see it that the angle of the hard line is slightly off. This could result in undue stress on the weld again. All fittings are solid and it was a 10 min job on an LB7!

it was a perfect replacement. The welded areas were better than the factory OEM that came on the truck. Very satified.

Had to drill out holes for some reason it wasn’t a direct bolt on fit on my LB7. But it’s easy work once I did modifications. It’s holing up just fine for me!

Was hesitant after some of the reviews, but it went on and fit perfectly for me. No bending or modification neede. My stock one was cracked at the weld on the bolt tab. But it made it over 360,000 miles, hopefully this one will do the same!

On of the welded on mounting tabs was welding in the wrong place by about an inch. It's all aluminum, so I was able to bend the tab with 2 pair of pliers to make it fit. But that made me nervous because the original unit had a hairline fracture at that same weld causing the leak.I used 1 pair of pliers to hold the back part of the tab and avoid adding stress to the weld, the other pair to make the actual bends so the hole in the tab would fit the mounting bracket on the engine.2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax.Hasn't leak since I installed it several months ago.
