Remember to remove the medal hose bracket on the valve cover so you can get it out. They shorted me one of the exhaust flange nuts; no biggy. It went in easy.

Well made just as good or better than an OEM part. I did have to grind about 1/4 inch of material from the front mount to clear the temperature sensor. Not a big deal but that should not have to be done on a OEM replacement part.2004 Tahoe 5.3 2x4

Fit great you do need to buy new bults to mount the manifold to the engine block. Also now I need to replace the drivers side that is leaking so buy both at the same time.

My 2004 GMC Yukon Denali came from the north, and along with it came a ton of rust and corrosion from road salt. While attempting to remove the passenger's side catalytic converter for replacement, the studs in the flange broke off. Common issue. The local machine shop charges about 75/hr with a 1hr minimum, so for just a few bucks more I was able to do a complete replacement with a new unit and a heat shield that isn't rusting itself to pieces :)This manifold fit perfectly. The gasket that comes with it is junk, however, so make sure you grab a good Fel-Pro unit as you do the replacement. If you suffer from the dreaded broken manifold bolt problem, make sure you check out the DIY repair videos that are all over Youtube. If the broken bolt is protruding from the head then you can weld a nut to it easily and back the remaining stud out. If not, check out the APDTY exhaust manifold clamps. It's not the best solution, but it works and is a heck of a lot easier than drilling and using extractors or drilling and installing a helicoil - both of which likely require removal of the head.

Very good value for the money. Part fitment was very good at both the head and the down pipe. One thing to look out for is that kit does not come with the main manifold gaskets. You need to purchase that separately. The donut and sealing ring were supplied.
