Once installed, it operates the window perfectly. However,to fit a 1971 Dodge Challenger Convertible rear window you'll need get 3 longer bolts w/nuts because this motor is not threaded like the OEM motor. In addition, I had to shim the motor slightly away from the mounting point with 3 flat washers to get proper gear engagement. Electrical connector fit perfect.

does not fit dodge 81-93 trucks and ramchargers. I tried to use it on two different styles. these window motors do not fit dodge trucks or ramchargers.
