I was having a problem filling my gas tank. I have a Ford E250 van. I could pump only a little at a time and the pump would stop. I did some research and watched some YouTube videos. Everything pointed to this as the problem. The EVAP canister. My van has 190k on it, so nothing was a surprise. This item is set in a super heavy duty bracket in the spare tire location. You have to remove the spare to gain access. Don't understand why the bracket is so HD. I mention that because it made it harder to replace. Took me a few hours. Got the new one installed, works great, now I can fill the tank without it shutting off every few seconds. Got to the point where I would get only about $15 gas at a time, due to it shutting off so much.Now it's like born again. No problems, this item solved the problem. I can fill the tank no problem.

Perfect fit for my 2010 super duty. You'll need to use the 90 on top of your old one but other than that, exactly what I needed.

My 2013 F350 started to struggle to accept gas at the pump. Every two gallons the pump will vapor lock while filling up. Even if the truck was able to pump without issues, the vapor smell was strong.Replacing this was easy with the thanks of youtube. Make sure you keep the middle elbow and place it on the new box.This solved my issue and no more vapor lock and got rid of the strong vapor smell.

Worked as intended, but be sure to save your heat shield and white connector off the old vapor canister.

Part was delivered. I spent 2 hours installing. After installed, same codes.... Took to a mechanic, did a smoke test and the part was cracked at the seam... $108 to the mechanic... Had to buy another part locally and install AGAIN... I COMPLAINED TO AMAZON, NO RESPONSE...
