98 3.0 rear disc. This kit worked perfect. Not one issue at all. Its a lot of parts and none of them gave an issues and everything you need is here. You will need from your old brakes the piece called a strut and the movable arm where the parking brake cable attaches to. Just keep your old parts in a bag and grab these two parts when its time. The cost of this kit was far less than others and did the job well.

While the majority of the components were a direct fit for my 2001 RX300, the main issue was with the cups for the shoe hold down springs. The cup that is against the brake shoe should have a tab that fits into a hole in the brake shoe in order to keep the spring from slipping free when the shoes move. Hopefully I don’t have any issues, but time will tell.It also would’ve been nice to have a diagram with all the parts as it wasn’t a 1-1 with what I had on my vehicle (i.e. the different cup). See the attached images for what I was able to find online that should be included.
