Foot pain was ruining our life. After trying every stretch, device, sock, insert and gimmick under the sun, we determined the key to recovery was to stretch and strengthen the muscles in both the arch and calf.
Dorsiflex’s patented design varies toe extension employing the Windlass Mechanism of Biomechanics. Toe extension tensions all the arch and calf muscles yielding the best and most effective outcome when compared to traditional stretching exercises.
Foot and leg position changes are needed to stretch and strengthen all of the muscles in the arch and calf.

This device is a game changer. I showed it to my physical therapist and he loved it so much that I bought him one to use at his clinic. It helps with the mobility and flexibility of the foot and toes. Helped me tremendously after foot surgery.

Since the first use, I felt pain relief. The stretch is real after you get the trick of where to put your foot . It’s very sturdy and not difficult to use.

Wow, this design is wonderful!!! My right foot never feels like I can stretch it deep enough. 12 years ago my right ankle was broken & my foot has never been the same. I love the little pamphlet that came with it too. I am a massage therapist as well so I can do a lot with my feet, but even with applied techniques & yoga I still couldn’t get as deep of a stretch as I can with this. Even whenI was done my foot felt the relief of the tension. Thank you so much for this invention!!!

Have just discovered this foot tool. I have plantar fascitis in my left heel. This device allows for some serious foot, arch, calve stretches. I was using lots of other tools before this purchase. I haven't used it long enough for it to completely heal my foot, but will report back after several weeks usage. So far I'm impressed with its capabilities to do the big toe stretch, little toe stretch, basic arch stretch, calve raise and calve stretch. I had to look up information online to know how to use it, because it only came with very basic instructions. There is bending the knee, straightening the knee, your other foot in front or behind and in a raised off the floor position. I couldn't hold the stretch for the 30-45 seconds at first, but finally increased to the 30 second hold. It takes practice to use it efficiently, though it seems simple, it's a learning curve and is more strenuous than you would think.

I have terrible plantar fasciitis, and I thought this would be helpful, but I found it hard to use and returned it. I gave this three stars because I think that there may be some uses for this that are helpful, just not for what I needed it for.

Sounds to good to be true, huh!! Well like with everything you need to keep using it and you will see progress. I had ankle surgery and stretching to get mobility back in my foot and ankle was key. This allows for that and it allows you to scale up over time as you progress.Pros:* Works at eliminating foot pain* Increases mobility* Helps progress you at your speedCons:* it's a little big* a bit awkward at firstIt did help, would I buy again yeah but it's a tool you usually work out of and use only when you need so you have to store it. Well constructed but why use yet another device when I can stretch my feet myself . Touted on a podcast with a foot specialist . Save your money.
