Very easy set up less than 1 min. You need 2 AAA batteries. Install in remote. Helps with restless legs for me and is effortless. It loosens up my stiff knees. It is effortless. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my mom has neuropathy and we both felt it made a difference right away. My legs get Heavy feeling but this machine helps them to feel lighter. I do note one thing my knees do feel they are not staying in line with my lower legs so I use a cloth belt around my upper knee up keep straight. My mom and I both agree it is helping. It's not cardio my heart rate stays the same. So it's not really like a exercise it's more of a motion and blood flow machine. Anyone can use this what they will gain I am not sure but it feels good after so that's positive.

She had polio when she was a child so her legs are very stiff due to the post polio syndrome her muscles are very tight so we got this try try out because it does the movement work for you which is nice since she’s got limited mobility. Do I think it’s worth over $200? No. In fact I’m curious if there is a dupe that costs $100-140 because that’s about all this thing is worth but it’s worth every penny if it makes gram feel better/works over time.

My wife has MS and suffers from leg cramping. We ordered the LegXercise PRO. It arrived and the remote didn't work. It took them two weeks to send a replacement. This device not only didn't work, but it exacerbated her leg cramps. We returned it. Alas, we threw away the defective hand-held remote, and they refuse to refund ANY of our purchase price. In my humble opinion, the lack of future advertising on television indicates to me they've had a lot of returns. Buy this at your own peril. This is hokey science.

I have been on the machine for an hour so far and I really enjoyed the experience. I had a total knee replacement and this movement is just what I needed. I suggest this for people who are experiencing movement issues as it is a great item to get and keep your circulation in good condition.

I bought this for when I'm working on the computer for long hours hoping that I could just keep my legs moving. This is very very slow. I suppose for someone maybe much older or with mobile restrictions this would be good, especially if you were limited on walking, etc. But for me, this is too slow. Unfortunately it was too late for me to return it on time.
