I don't like that the water pot has no handle but doesn't cause much trouble. The pot does not rattle loudly when boiling water and heats evenly.

Top pot is not terrible, but it is lightweight steel and kinda cheap feeling. It works for chocolate but as others have said, the bottom bowl is too big and leaks steam badly around sides. If you're not careful then water can get into top pot of chocolate, siezeing the chocolate.China has cheapened everything and this is about as cheap as you can get and still function. I wish I hadn't bought it and missed my return window. Oh well, add to my pile of china made junk.
