I purchased this product to melt oils in. It’s easy to use and clean-minimal stickiness. The size is suitable for medium to large projects, I suggest using something smaller for smaller melts. (Duh I know) Functionality was straight forward, sometimes the curves in the top pot catch more liquid than desired when poured - it’s shaped awkwardly so make sure you get everything scraped out.Sometimes stainless steel heats up extremely fast yet this one heats evenly and at a normal speed.The only thing I dislike is when cleaning the lid, water gets trapped under the handle and it’s hard to get rid of/dry. Other than that it’s 10/10!!

This a lightweight double boiler that works well for melting chocolate and other cooking tasks that can be a bit fussy. The handles stay cool and it cleans up easily. Don’t let the low price make you think its not a good set for use as a double boiler.

It’s a small double boiler for melting stuff and making sauces. Size is just right. Metal seemed a Little thin, but is not expensive. It’s great for the occasional cream cheese and chocolate melts. Recommended buy.

It’s a double boiler. As long as you use it for that, it’s fine. Don’t think you are getting a pot to be used as anything else.

I've used this double boiler multiple times to make chocolate and haven't had any issues. It seems to be reliable and of good build quality.I haven't seen any signs of warping, and the price is decent.

It does the job, but it feels really thin and cheaply made. The handles also get pretty hot to the touch. If you need something that doesn't cost that much, this one will do the job, but if you want something of good quality, keep looking.

I looked all over for a double boiler. My really old one was warped on the bottom. I use this for all kinds of baking. I am well known for making peanut butter balls and rum balls, the double boiler makes it so much easier.
