The yoke is made of heat-treated steel material for maximum strength and longevity. Swivel is constructed from chrome-plated alloy steel to reduce friction.

Wasn’t able to get tubing to flare at first even by following enclosed directions. The 1/2 copper tubing I was using would just get pushed down in the jig clamp no matter how tight I had the wing nuts. Found information on the internet where other users had solved that problem by clamping the flaring jig with vise grips to get extra pressure on the copper tubing. Tried that and the tool made a perfect flare!

I brought the tool with the idea that when i get to my brakes i wouldn't need to order one, i was wrong.the tool says that it can do a double flare on brake lines, but all it does is pushes the line out if the tool. No amount of tighten will help. Its a waste of time and money.

I had to use the tube clamp of another set to hold the tube tight. The clamp would bottom out and not hold the line for 1/4. Did not try the others. but the dies and the dies press did a great job when using the clamp off a set where the dies and die press was junk.
