These work perfect- they are small but for just a few chickens-2 of them holds enough water for several days. One of the plastic tabs broke off in shipping on only one of the two I ordered but with two more tabs it still worked fine so I didn’t return.

I have 3 new baby chicks and this waterer is perfect for them. I did not attach the legs onto the water base until the chicks were old enough to reach, so it is a good product for both newly hatched and older chicks. It has good balance and is easy to fill and clean.

It leaks a little and is kind of small. But I wanted it for baby chicks and to be in a small enclosure. So it works just fine for that.

I wanted to love this product. I was especially looking forward to the fact that it is elevated. (Chicks tend to fill a water source with shavings.) Unfortunately this product is difficult to invert efficiently after filling, the way it "locks" into place is small and insecure, it comes loose easily. This seems to me to be a design flaw and has resulted in water spillage with every refill. I have discontinued using it.

I have always used Little Giant waterers and feeders because they were at my local feed store. Unfortunately, this waterer has weak parts. It doesn't screw on securely and it leaks when I move it. It has left my rooster with out water do to this.

I didn’t look at the measurements prior to purchasing and felt scammed when receiving. It is small! Live and learn.

Great for new chicks - helps keep bedding out of the water by about 90%. Much better than elevating on other things like I’ve done in the past. Make sure legs are snapped on tightly with each water change. When about a month old they started toppling it over.
