It worked as a splitter but the gauge was useless. As another reviewer mentioned, it was Wildly inaccurate when the temperature changed. However, it actually arrived on time and was able to do the job of getting the propane to my firepit and camp stove during my camping trip.

I do chili cookoffs and at times something happens. I use a larger propane take - 13 lbs than other show use the 1 pound camping propane tanks. I do this because I got tired of carrying around those small tanks. Occasionally, someone runs out of propane and I can use this to allow them to also use my propane tank. I've also used this in Jan/Feb to not only let me cook but to power the propane heater to keep us warm! Saves from having to manage and lug around multiple propane tanks! Easy to install and use.

It is my second. I use it to connect to propane grills to one tank. I keep one in Iowa for the summer and one in Texas for the winter. It connects easily fits snuggly, no leaks.
