We purchased this enclosure as part of a shower remodel and have loved it. Our walls weren't exactly square so this enclosure gave our installer, a contractor, some flexibility in fitting it. Most glass enclosures have no room for this, so plan accordingly. It arrived on a long pallet and weighed about a million pounds so you will need a space to pull it into a garage or something. Ours arrived in good shape. I like the coating on the glass, but I still clean weekly the glass because soap hits it and makes it hazy, BUT, the scrubbing bubbles shower foam stuff cleans it quickly. Overall, great purchase for us and looks really nice. Worth calling dreamline to confirm, but I think this door fit the 42 inch shower pan. I had to call them because I thought I needed the 42 inch everything and that was not the case. Their customer service was super helpful and even told me which models of each I needed as we also bought our shower walls from them.

So far the quality of the materials is ok. The major problem is the instructions, they are not for the unit I ordered. Nowhere in the instructions is the part number SHEN-2138380-01 mentioned nor any dimensions near the 38-1/8-inch unit I bought. Online the same thing. When installing the enclosure the proper measurements are important. The ONLY proper dimensions are found online in the drawings section. It should not be that hard to include a proper set of instructions.

Fit perfectly in the spot! Door was a bit of a challenge to install. Directions could have been a bit more clear.

Did not work for what I needed it is free shipping but it cost me a 143.oo to return it and I still don't have my refund and they got it back on January 29 and now it's February 10 ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
