This clock is a great size for my living room. The new FIOS boxes don't have a clock. This is an excellent option especially wth the feature that you can choose the brightness. I would recommend

…Needed a little larger display that I could see without my glasses and this clock did the trick. Nice wood look finish and enough brightness levels to dial in the perfect setting. Great for the price

The numbers are large enough to see from across the room. And I love that the light is white and bright enough with a dimmer if I want to.

This is pretty cheaply made. For the color-changing modes, the refresh rate is very bad. It does not smoothly transition the colors. It is like watching a slide show of the colors moving frame by frame. It is not appealing to look at.The material of the clock feels nice. I like the way the fake wood feels in my hands. The fake wood is a casing around the real clock, which is visible on the opposite side. You can adjust the time, the alarm, the colors, and the brightness. One feature that I was not expecting was that you can lock the colors for the RGB modes where it cascades through different colors.I wish that this could run off of battery power. It does take 2 AAA batteries, but this will only support the alarm. The display is turned off on battery power, which I don’t understand because I’ve had a similar alarm clock that has functioned on the same batteries for several years now.I thought you could power this via USB, because there is a USB Type-A port on here, but this cannot power the clock either. You need to use the AC adapter it comes with, which is more of a hassle than it needs to be. It would be so much better if this could operate off of battery power, or even USB.Other than that, I do like the look of it. I don’t like seeing the black cord stick out, but I like looking at the clock. The clock is pretty bright even on the lowest brightness setting.
