I got this part to replace my broken extension stem in my Phister Avalon shower set. I could find a copy of the original plastic piece anywhere online, so I wasn't sure this part would work. But it's perfect!

Great replacement part for the plastic stem adapter that appears to have been discontinued for my pfister shower. A plumber wanted to charge me over $250 to replace my entire shower but I was able to purchase this adapter and install it myself for a little over $10.

The screw head is too big for the shower handle to go over. Must use the old screw to work properly.
