I love these pins! I have been sewing a lot of chiffon, georgette, silk, and silky polyester. These pins are super fine and leave no holes or snags in these fabrics. I have found that they are also great for piecing quilts.

I use them for piecing quilts. They are just right and do not leave holes in the fabrics.

You need extra fine needles for silk so that it doesn't damage the fabric. I have several silk shirts that are too large for me now, so I got these to do some experiments!

These glass head pins are very well made. The tips are very sharp so it doesn't take any effort to insert them in fabric and they don't leave visible holes. The glass heads are secure and none have come off. They won't melt under a hot iron. The container holds them securely without the lid popping off. Good product.

These are not as extra fine as the ones with blue glass heads. I had already opened the box and used some before I realized they were not what I wanted. They are fine to use but not for quilting.

I think these pins are excellent when sewing. They are a little longer than the normal stick pin and the point is very sharp. The pin is "fine" which is what I wanted when making masks. I don't think they would work well for heavy material, but for the material I use for my masks they work wonderfully. Very happy with this purchase. The quantity and price are also good.

Compared to the same brand and size of pins that I bought over 6 years ago, these pins are much less sharp and not as quick and smooth. They are though, the perfect size for pinning quilt pieces.

These pins exceed quality of the multi-colored, larger-headed pins. They are easy to insert and remove while sewing. The heads do not come off (like other brands) even when using them on multiple layers. The only negative I can speak of is that they are sharp and they will draw blood if you're careless when using them. That's not a con on the product...actually more of a pro...because the fine point is what you want when you sew...but if you sew a lot, you're going to get stuck and these are needle sharp.I will buy again and again. The Amazon pricing for these pins is excellent compared to my local fabric store pricing.

Son mejor de lo que imaginas. Son finos o delgaditos y afilados, a simple vista se ven más resistentes que los alfileres convencionales de mercerÃas. Considero que es un buen producto, algo costoso pero de calidad.

Absolutely love these pins! Bought them for use on delicate work on fine fabrics as ordinary pins and silk pins were too thick. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but now I use them for everything! Will definitely buy more.

My friend requested, 'decent pins' as a birthday present. I chose these and she loves them. Will probably get some for myself. There is nothing worse than trying to coax pins through lovely fabric, to then find you have snagged the threads. Good quantity and a plastic box to store them.
