It is machine washable and dryable in temperatures up to 200 degrees fahrenheit. Safe with chlorine bleach and salt water. Insert into casings or stitch directly to wrong side of fabric. Available in black color. Measures 1/2-Inch in size.

Good quality black elastic. We used this to keep fake knee-high boots for a Halloween costume from falling down by tying the elastic around the top of the boot.
