Good sturdy construction, not the cheap stuff. It holds its shape and does the job. It's smooth enough to use right against your skin without scratchiness. I'd buy this again.

This is very stiff elastic. I am not a sewer and bought this in error. I wanted it to sew on a cover to attach tie downs on. By hand I did this and nearly destroyed my fingers trying to get the needle to go through the elastic. This was my mistake, not the product. I am certain it would work very well for pant or skirt waist pull ons.

This is a great product for waistband elastic replacement! Been using it for years in various brands. It really doesn’t roll.
