It sits correctly when stowed away but when I pull down on it, it falls out of the holder. Slightly annoying but better than not having one.

These visors are just like the original Honda visors. I watched YouTube videos on how to replace Honda visors with broken springs. The driver's side replacement was a breeze. I had trouble getting the original passenger side visor removed. I also had trouble getting the replacement visor properly aligned for installation. After an hour or so of frustration, I was finally successful. Total time spent was between an hour and a half and two hours. I saved more than $200 by purchasing these from Amazon and installing them myself.
