Got rid of my big kit - never hauling THAT around anymore. This little kit can go out on a job, but mostly gets played in my back "music room". Just got brand new vinyl plank floors - no way I'm messing them up.Pulled in all the spurs on the kick and hi hat pedals - don't need 'em with a drum rug. VElcro on the bottom of the kick pedal keeps the bass drum right in place. Now I can practice all I want without damaging my new floors.

I love how easy this is to clean but it already has spots that are worn through from the drum pedals and my husband doesn't get to play frequently with all our kids being chaotic. The mat does however very easily clean up if that chaos gets on it. So far nothing has stuck to it in a way that was annoying to clean.

Perfect fit for my Alesia Nitro drum set. Good material. Velcro on high hat pedal sticks well and doesn't rip up fibres from the carpet. Nice rubber dots on the back doesn't let the rug slip. Good buy overall.

So great for real drums , however the base on election drums will not stay in place even with pins...Other than that looks good and would be good for real drums
