Please Note
1) The mat may initially have some wrinkles/creases from being folded and packaged. Over time these will relax out of the material as the product rebounds from being packaged.
2) Prolonged use and washing of the mat will loosen the polyester fibers (this is normal). The loosening of fibers may affect the appearance of the mat but it will help the mat to trap and contain more litter over time.

It's a good mat. The fabric material keeps litter from being scattered too much while the rubber backing keeps it from shifting around on my hard floor. It fits well in front of our litter box, and since the fabric is some kind of felt-y material, it helps stick to the litter without making it impossible to shake out completely. Very easy to pour the litter off ofI have a cat who sometimes has bladder issues, and he's peed on the mat a couple times. The fabric on top soaks up the urine very well, so it doesn't puddle out across the floor, and the rubber bottom keeps most of it from leaking through. It's also extremely easy to clean: I throw it in the washing machine with some white vinegar and no detergent on a simple wash, and there's no trace of the mess (no staining or smell). Both the fabric and the backing have already lasted through a few washed + being hung in front of a window to dry, without any cracking or warpingMy only complaint is that when the cat does pee on it, there is some seepage through to the other side, so it's not ACTUALLY urine-proof - but it's so little and so minor that it's very easy to clean. Only a very small amount actually goes through, and I assume even that much only really leaks out when it's left through the night (cat often pees on it when I'm asleep, so I'm not sure exactly how long it sits). This is still MUCH preferred to the small lake it would be otherwise. I bought a second one to use when the first one is in the wash/being hung up to dry. I haven't gotten it yet, but the first one works great so hopefully the quality of the second is just as good

My elderly cat has a habit of not fully making it into the litter box before peeing. So cat pee would end up completely outside the box. I've always had litter-catching mats, but they were never easy to clean and would start to smell or get damaged after repeated cleanings. I decided to get this mat because it's machine washable and I'm so happy I did.I've only had it for two weeks or so and already washed it a few times. Being able to toss it in the machine is so easy and it dries quickly. I can have it washed and back under the box before my cat has another accident. It's holding up well to all the washing and stains come out easily. I bought the beige/cream colored mat, and I was worried about urine stains on light fabric. But so far with regular detergent on a warm cycle the stains have all been removed.My cat still gets litter all over the place, so if you're looking for something to catch litter this may not be it. I got this mat more for saving my floor from accidents. I would really recommend this.

I have had this for a year now - so feel qualified to make a competent review of the product. I bought this to keep the litter from tracking to my carpet outside the bathroom where I keep the litter box - of absolute 0 use for that. I lies totally flat the litter is on top of it. I will say that I can easily pick it up and lift it so that I can dump the litter back in the box or the trash can. I use a micro crystal litter only with my 4 cats. When they do the 'I have done my job' zoomie from the litter box - this mat tends to go flying as it has no 'holding power' on my vinyl floor. lol. My cats do not linger on it ever to play. They prefer something thicker and softer or with enough roughness to sharpen their claws in, this offers neither. Over all. I gave it a 3 because it has lasted, it is easy to clean, & it is durable - tho useless at retaining the litter from tracking which I bought it for.

I waited to review this after putting it through the ultimate test. My cats destroyed the foam mat we had before, so I got this one.tl;dr--really works, very affordable, durable, and clean looking. highly recommend.- They attempted to shred it tooth and claw but failed, so big win!- I transported it with me while travelling with my boys, and I was able to comfortably do so and dust off the excess litter before packing it up.- I vacuumed it multiple times, and it withstood not only the vacuum, but also the washer and dryer.- Finally, it is really soft, looks aesthetically pleasing, and I do feel like it catches the litter from their little paws really well because of the felt-like material, reducing tracking around the house!

Nice and different to standard grey mats. Adds a pop of colour. Hasn't stopped litter being tracked but other than that happy with purchase

Not as thick as I expected, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase! It is very stylish and really does help keep the litter in that area (better than the previous rug I had). I've so far noticed a lot less mess outside of the litter box area (in the laundry room). Totally recommend this!!

I have 2 cats who don’t bother to use the in and out on their tray they jump out anywhere. This mat is of a strange but good material, it does catch most of the litter left in their feet, much better than the honeycomb type mats and it vacuums up easily.

I have 2 messy kittens and an elderly cat who sometimes misses the litter tray. What I love most about these mats is how durable they are, but also the fact they're machine washable. I bought 2 so that I always have a clean one to put under the litter tray. I had a plastic mat which was very durable, but all of my efforts to clean that mat, including soaking it in disinfectant wasn't enough to get rid of the smell. These mats are well worth the money.
