I bought this to only add to my subs because I wanted to remove some kick drum and high bass . I wanted my lows to overcome everything. I have a bass knob so I didn’t need to connect to sub on eq. I connected and turned down all the high frequencies and only use the low to mid (the three knobs on the left) . It made my system louder and the lows hit perfectly now that I can control the music. If you look at it twice get it . I’m satisfied very very satisfied with the outcome. The led is red or blue you can choose. With the light switch.

Liked it as soon as I connected this one when I took off the 5 band ds18 equalizer.My music sounds crispy and now just gotta buy a Rockford amplifier for my 12 inch Rockford sub

Love the unit I purchased! All songs have different sound so I like to adjust accordingly. Especially the bass.

After install it had a scratchy volume on the first quarter of volume . I worked it a little and it went away. Slowly it came back . Bad potentiometer. These could be great units if they used better pots. Id even be willing to pay $100 more for this unit with top of the line pots from Tacos or Bourne. I don't think this unit lives up to its rated s/n ratio . Could be the bad pot also . Other than that it worked great and I like the crossover built in it . System pounds with its output. Just no longevity

For the price you can't go wrong.I have this in my jeep YJ, so space for stereo equipment is limited.Honestly, just get a matching Bluetooth reciever, plug it into this equalizer, then boost the output sound from this equalizer to your amplifier, and your done.Big boost in audio quality. Almost like listening to a CD again, or direct input. Kind of gets rid of that "lost" sound quality from Bluetooth.
