9 pin serial male to female cable extender is with gold plated pins for superior corrosion resistance ensuring a solid connection.
The wires inside the cable are connected to the pins in the order of the standard wire color code (black brown red orange etc.), which makes hook-up a breeze when you need to chop the RS232 serial cable extender for a custom installation.
If your equipment require all 9 pins straight through, to get into computer interfacing, data acquisition and control, then take this DB9 converter to add your peripherals to an application.

1.It’s is a straight thru extender cable, DO NOT perform crossover (Null Modem) function.

3.It’s not a 15 pin VGA cable for connecting a monitor to a laptop, this is only for RS 232 communication Port for interface one system to anther system.

Nicely made, quality cable. Used for connecting a remote VFD keypad in a control panel, which can generate some electrical noise. This cable works perfectly.
