Allows mounting one or two standard 120mm case fans off a standard slot (4u chassis or larger) for cooling of cards -- graphics boards, high density host adapters, 10/40Gig-E cards, etc. If you wish to use two fans you will need either two chassis connectors on the board or a 2-into-1 fan cable to run them both. Its simple bent metal with some screws that gets the job done.

The quality of this little fan bracket is very high for the price. Mounting fans is easy and they feel secure. However, be aware of the thickness of the mount in smaller cases. This takes up more room than a single PCIe slot, so if you have no room between the bottom PCIe cover and the bottom of the case, this bracket will not fit at all. Otherwise, this is a great way to cool SAS and other server cards which are designed for active cooling.

This product is sturdy. I purchased a different product listing for this same type of product (there are at least 2 listings in this price range shipped with Prime), and it was bent on arrival but easy to bend back to shape. A little too easy, that was a cheap product. This product is exponentially more sturdy. This is the one to get if you need to mount a single or double 120mm fan in a PCI slot.

I regret getting this for my 92mm fans (the same "be quiet!" ones from another review). If you look at the pictures on the product page, you'll see that the bottom of the PCI bracket has 4 holes instead of the correct 3. This matters because, no matter what size fans you use, you're going to want the fans to sit equally flush with the motherboard, so that they will optimally cool the thing you're trying to cool. Screwing a 92mm fan into the the 2 middle holes, as intended, means your fans are offset from where they should be.Only one star off because I was able to fix it with zip ties, as you can see. (Pardon the dust; the camera flash does not flatter!) One screw in the hole closest to the motherboard (intended for a 120mm fan), and zip ties to bridge the gap between the fan and the free screw hole(s). (I sent zip ties into both free holes, because, why not.)But still, I wish I'd spent a few more dollars and gotten a competing product with three holes.

While they do a fairly good job at holding the fan array, I feel like I can 3d print something sturdier. The metal is pretty flimsy.

This bracket kit is made from good strong metal, and it includes all of the screws you need, plus a few extras. My graphics card is one of those ones with "silent" fans, and even at full throttle I was still seeing temps beyond what I was happy with when gaming. I saw this and thought, hey, now there's a good idea! Two 120mm fans joined together with this and wired up, and I have WAY better airflow over my GPU now. Temps don't rise as high when under load, and the bracket is firm and doesn't wiggle or cause any extra noise in my case. The width of the fans does cause this to occupy two slots worth of space, but I had the room to spare in there so that wasn't a problem for me. This is doing just great, excellent quality, absolutely recommended!

I installed 2 Noctua fans on this bracket to help keep the back of my GPU cool. It fit perfectly and works as designed. I highly recommend this if you need additional cooling utilizing a PCI slot from the case. Price and build quality is good!

works well but could be improved by making it able to accept thicker fans, and the use spacers to adjust position of 25mm fans which would also provide some vibration dampening.I am using 120mm noctua redux and get some resonance at around 1000 rpm.
