I used this filter for cleaning my coolant in my semi truck. I was amazed that it was able to remove most of the k seal I used previously. I will definitely use this again.

I use this product for straining rain water for my ponds. I bought more than 1 just in case I needed them, but have found they work great. The straining material is very tough - I have accidentally scraped the material in working with it and there is no indication of that happening. I have been using the strainers for a while. I waited to do this review because you can't always judge the product by it's first look! Great buy, really like this product. By the way I did also buy a 25 micron and it seems to strain too slowly so I use it only after I use the 55 micron to get the larger stuff out.

Used for filtering new coolant with a small amount of sediment floating in it.Drained my new radiator to replace a new (leaky) water pump on a fresh engine build. Wanted to make sure any bits of sediment got filtered.It worked, and I was able to reuse my new coolant.(For the record… 454 GMC, clean/new coolant less than 9mos old, 100 miles on engine, and coolant isn’t easy to recycle in Seattle, plus Zerex concentrate is expensive, so -yeah- a sieve worked nicely on a 5gal bucket.)

Works good, but does not quite fit the 5 gallon bucket all the way around the lip.

These strainers fit 5 gallon buckets perfectly. They are very durable and will not break even when completely filled and spatula is used to scrape clogging. No I am not making biodiesel. Great reusable filtering.

Works great, I probably got too fine a mesh for my application but its easy to use and clean.

The 55 micron size works great for Spirulina Algae harvesting. I will definitely be ordering more.
