I got this shade to replace the original ones that needed to be replaced. Totally easy to install, and very sheik ! Also, it’s night time all day in the RV if I want it to be. 10/10

Loved that this product blocks out more light than the shades that came with the RV. The material is a little more ‘papery’ than the cloth feeling ones but so far they have held up well!

taking off a star because the top part the end caps fell off almost immediately and it was sliding around.To fix it I found 3 tiny screws and put them in the holes on the top. That stopped the side to side motion.Other than that these ARE the blackout shades beware of the ones that are "translucent" and you can see shadows through them. These are all the exact same if you get one that is a blackout shade. The parts the shade it is all identical so you just get the one with the best disount. i think the sliding around end caps is hit or miss. I returned one because of it. Putting screws in the holes (1/4" long) fixed it.Other than that. If you want it REALLY dark in your camper AND no metal clanging sounds from the RV blinds these are pretty good. You cannot see through them and I slept until 8 the first night I got them. Also if someone leaves on their RV lights at a the campsite you wont see it. These blackout everything.The string on the side is a bit cheap. It feels like that wont last but we will see if it fails Ill be back to edit the review and drop it to one star. Time will tell on that one.

I replaced all the curtains and blinds in our RV as these don't flop around while driving, nor do they have hanging strings for children to get tangled in. They also do a much better job of blocking out light. I have noticed that less heat comes in when closed than when we used regular blinds. They work so well that I will switching out the blinds in the house next.

I'm so glad I checked the instructions to figure out how to make these go up and down. They are the perfect size for our camper.

These shades installed easily and while they aren't a proper "blackout" shade, they do cut the light down substantially, and they were very affordable.

This blind is a advertised. Installation was super easy. Blind functions well so far.
