The ice is the perfect shape for eating, and of course is good for putting in drinks. It is fairly quiet while operating and it seems to be well built. I am very happy with this ice machine. It doesn’t take very long to use and set up was very easy. In terms of functionality, It’s small enough to keep on the counter top, and able to make enough ice for multiple drinks. I like the color as well.

It makes ice pretty fast, its not quiet but not super loud when making ice, within 30 mins to an hour you'll have a full case of ice definitely worth it!!

It work great. Cubes are not as big as I like when set on large, no bigger than the small cubes.

I previously had a larger ice maker that died after a year of pretty much constant use. It was twice the price of this one but this unit is much quieter and produces less heat, not to mention it's compact and easily portable.The description is a little misleading and maybe experience varies. It says it makes 9 cubes in 6 minutes but it's closer to 9 minutes. On top of that, overall every step of the process is slow. But ultimately it does make ice as well as any other ice maker I've used at a price that's basically unbeatable.

Works great! Makes ice quickly- a tad noisy but not too bad- works better than the $500 GE one we had gifted to us (that thing didn’t last long at all)

Ice Maker not worth the money. Very loud, makes very limited amount of ice ( only enough for 1 insulated bottle)and ice melts very quickly. I would return but I threw out the box

I absolutely love this ice maker, it is small enough to fit on the counter, does not take up to much space, it keeps the ice cubes coming right after you take some it fills more ice cubes. I have used it for two days now and drank so much water already. I definitely recommend this to everyone

I have had this 2 days. After letting it set for the 24hrsI plugged it up and filled it. It makes ice thats for sure. The issues is it doesn't stay cold enough to keep the ice completely froze. Once it spits out the ice they start to melt. Now keep in mind they dont melt completely but just enough for them to all stick together. Very aggervating to try and scope ice out. I will be sending it back.
