Don't let it touch itself after pulling off the paper, once you roll it on it's permanent. Not cheap, but worth it.

DuPont has made a great product here. I have used this for creating a sill pan on 13 windows I installed and it worked great. Flex’s around the corners and very sticky. Need to make sure you do not let the adhesive sides touch as you will. It be able to pull it apart but it does have splits backing to remove to help with that issue. I would use it again. It is pricy but work the investment.

I used this for a bathroom wall window that sits in the shower. I needed excellent water protection more so inside than out. This product was easy to wrap around the corners as it flexes and stretches to fit. It is very sticky so once you have placed it into position it's not going to be easy to adjust. There are other ways to water proof a window or doorway but this is a easier method. Once you cover it up with concrete board and marble you wonder if it will do it's job. I can't report how long this will last but I do know it's better than the first install when the house was built. The walls rotted out. 2x4s and wall board had to be torn out because of long term water damage that was not cover by insurance.

This is the best option for flashing bottom of windows but is also amazing for any flashing yo need done. Around pipes, on roofs, windows, and doors

This stuff isn't cheap, but great to work with and great performance. Even with the expense it will potentially save thousands of dollars in repair bills from water damage.

Great for window sills. Has awesome flex and much easier to do than having to cut traditional flashing tape. A must have for window sills and window installation

This is easy to install and solves the problem of moisture getting in at the lower corners of the window. Works and installs even below freezing weather - I used it at 28 degrees F. There is a very good video on Utube that all new users should view.

Used it on 2 sets of doors and 2 windows. This sticks without issue. I left it exposed to the weather for 3 months before the windows and doors were installed. Enron with walking over the door areas, there was no damage and no sign of slippage. One warning, once this sticks, it stays stuck. Make sure you are in the right place before you stick it down. Super product and I will use it on all new projects.
