The RV line of MetalBest round Type B gas vent pipe and fittings is designed for use on approved gas appliances in residential and light commercial and industrial applications. Size refers to the inside diameter of the pipe or fitting. The outside diameter of RV is approximately 1/2'' larger. Outer material is 28 GA galvanized steel. Inner liner is aluminum.

I had an issue finding a vent cover this size locally. This unit fit the vent pipe for my furnace perfectly.Well made not flimsy or thin

Good quality flashing, did what flashings do.In response to those leaving negative reviews about opening size and/or shape, and you dont know enough to combine this with a proper storm/rain collar you have no business installing this for a stove or anything else.Please think twice before you hurt someone.

The cost to ship the thing back for a return is more than I'll get back, so I guess I'm stuck with it.The collar was an odd slanted oval shape that was a bit bigger than 6" on one axis and smaller on the other. My first thought was that it got bent during shipping but none of the metal actually looks distorted or crinkled. It was just made that way.The adjustable descriptor for the flashing is pointless.*All* flashing can be cut and bent into whatever shape you need, so calling this product adjustable is like calling a 2x4 adjustable. You aren't *technically* wrong but you are most certainly *practically* wrong.
