I use these to both, sand and polish my bowling balls. I've already used these many, many times and they work wonderfully. The pads are cushioned, so they conform to the shape of the ball enough that it contacts a good amount of surface of the bowling balls. The grip is a small round handle that is very comfortable to hold. The hook and loop surface is of good quality too. The sanding and polishing pads I use do not move at all. I like that two pads come in a package. I use one for sanding and the other for polishing. This makes for a great value for your money.

These are really nice, high quality sanding blocks. They fit perfectly in my hand and the finger grooves help keep it from slipping around too much so these are easy to control. The hook and loop works with any hook and loop sanding disks and the adapter sheet for adhesive discs is excellent. These are durable and will last a long time. They make it easier to sand with less effort and they help achieve a more even surface than sanding with just a piece of sandpaper in your hands. Over all I highly recommend these, I’ll definitely be buying more in other shapes and sizes.

I just finished cleaning, sanding, and restaining our deck in preparation for the winter, but I ran into a snag when dealing with the hand sanding areas for the project. My orbital sander was too large to fit into many areas, and the belt stander is really only good for the deck boards where you have a large, open area to work on. I thought the 3M clamp-style sandpaper holder would be great for this sort of work, but it fell apart constantly and I ended up returning it to the hardware store.Found this set on Amazon and it looked like a much better option than I could find locally, so I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did! The design of both sandpaper grips is fantastic! The circular pad covers a lot of area with a single swipe, and for smaller spots I found the thickness of the mouse-shaped sander to be easier to grip and sand between areas like the spindles below the handrails. These were very easy to use, I had extra sandpaper from my orbital sander and despite those sheets being the dust collector hole-style sandpaper, they still worked great with these sanding grips. These will be getting used again any time I have a woodworking job and either don’t need or can’t use my orbital! Great low-cost option for folks who don’t want to invest a ton in a nice orbital sander, this can get the job done with a bit more time and some extra elbow grease.

This sanding block is good for all hook and loop sandpaper. The quality is good. I could see this lasting for a long time.

The block is easy to hold, perfect size and functions very well. It sticks to sanding paper with backing and doesn't slip. Easy to wet sand yellowing headlights and get them cleared up.
