I ordered what I thought was the correct part. When the piece arrived (in protective packaging), I was surprised that it was 3D printed, not clear plastic. However, it became apparent the piece sent to me was for a different model. Included with the part was instructions and contact info. I reached out to the seller/manufacturer. He worked with me and we were able to determine the correct size by Model#. He sent me a replacement and it fits in perfectly.I would recommend referencing your model number for replacement parts before purchasing. I would also recommend keeping any broken pieces before tossing them, as you'll need to repurpose your rubber gasket.Terrific vendor and I look forward to seeing what else he can print for me in the future!

Sellers needs to include in their instructions that the original rubber grommet (seal) needs to removed and replaced on the new one. I had thrown the old piece away and had to dig in the trash to remove it once I figured out what was going and why the vacuum did not work. After that, perfect!

If you need a replacement dust bin cover for your tineco vacuum, I strongly recommend purchasing from this exact vendor. Tried another vendor for the same piece and never received it, got my refund and got this one and it arrived faster than anticipated. All I had to do was swap the seal from the old to the new and done. He even has instructions on installing this new one since it’s 3D printed.
