This was a direct replacement for a broken chain on my DW 5000 drum pedal. It took an impact drill to get the screw out, but once the new chain was installed, it has held up really well ever since.

The link and clip are NOT in the package, contrary to the pictures and product description.I purchased this product from Amazon twice, and neither came with the link and clip that are pictured and mentioned in the product description. The chain is in the package, but the link and clip that attach the chain to the cam are NOT.DW have not responded to multiple communication attempts. I would not recommend buying this, as it does not come with all the necessary pieces to attach the chain to the cam.
