I have a Cyrusher Trax which weights about 70lbs without the battery and this stand held my bike all day as pictured without any issues. The Trax is a step thru and I used a cross bar tube (which is used to help secure step thru bike for auto bike racks) to get the bike weight centered. I was a little hesitant purchasing this because of a previous review which was critical of this stand stating the weight capacity was not even close to what the seller claims, however the previous reviewer did do an updated review stated was able to make it work with some work-arounds. I did initially have the same problem of the stand slipping back down to ground height as the previous reviewer had, however, I used tools to go beyond hand tight for the clamp downs and after I did that I didn’t have any issues - it was really solid holding my bike, my pedals were far enough away from the stand so I could rotate the tires without doing anything special. I had my bike on the stand for most of the day as stated, it was well balanced and I had no concerns of it tipping over or anything like that. My ebike came with shifting issues out of the box. I had never worked on a bike before but was able to use this stand to hold my bike and YouTube videos to learn how to make adjustments myself successfully instead of paying a bike shop so I was very please with the investment. Really happy with the purchase - a rock solid stand.

I bought this one over another because it held more weight and said ok for e-bikes. This works well for regular bikes but it’s not strong enough for e-bikes.

This stand made changing the bottom bracket on my e bike almost effortless! I have a 65 pound electric bike that has a somewhat triangular bar! The grip isn’t really designed for triangular! However it does work when you REALLY tighten it! I discovered that the stand can be leaned forward and attached to the bike, and then stood up! Loosen ALL the adjustments to do this! This discovery saved lifting and holding the bike to attach! Much easier! Although not necessary, Try to find center of gravity before attaching. This stand is well worth the price! Changing a flat will be much simpler! Will AI censor this?

Update: I decided to update my review after the seller contacted me, and was very sincere about wanting to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Everything I wrote below is still true about the stand, but I thought great customer service was worth a shout-out, and I've found workarounds for the biggest problems with the stand. To make the quick-release cinches grip the main pole better, I took some coarse sandpaper, and roughed up the surfaces where they need to grip (photos 5-6). This makes the stand much less likely to slowly collapse, and allows me to implement the second workaround to move the bike away from the main pole, so I can turn the pedals. To do this, I just put a hose clamp around the main pole (photo 5), at the bottom, where the little stop is which prevents the legs from extending any further. This stops the cinch clamp in a position so the main pole leans slightly forward. This allows the bike to hang from the gripper jaws at enough of an angle to allow the pedals to rotate (photo 7). With these workarounds, the stand is usable, and I no longer want to return it. And for the price, there isn't a better one I can find.I have a fairly heavy e-bike (80lb), so I wanted a stand that would have no problem with a heavy bike. This one can barely handle my bike, but only with a lot of struggle. There's no way I'd put anything heavier on it. The metal tubing is heavy and sturdy, that's not the problem. The problem is the plastic quick release cinches that hold main pole up. Tightened as tight as I can do with my hands, those cinches will just barely hold my bike without the stand slowly collapsing. The stand is also *really* unstable until the weight of the bike is on it. This means that loading the bike is very painful and frustrating, involving tipping the stand over multiple times while trying to get the bike into the gripper jaws. Another problem with the design of this stand is that the head is too close to the main pole. So much so, that I can't rotate the crank without the pedals hitting the pole. On one e-bike where I've upgraded both the cranks and the pedals, I can just barely rotate the crank if I lift the bike up just enough so the pedals don't hit where the cinch mechanism is. On my other e-bike with stock pedals/cranks, there's no possibility of rotating the crank without removing the pedals. Overall, I really wish I wouldn't have thrown away the packaging for this stand, as now I can't return it :/.

Would not purchase this item again was not the most stabilized or strongest item to hold an ebike

The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because the part that goes under the tray to connect it to the base was not machined properly so I couldn't attach it. The stand itself does the job perfectly. I have a moderately heavy ebike (around 60 lbs) and it holds it very secure.
