Felt cheap. Wasn't expecting much. Was pleasantly surprised once it was all together. The instructions are horrible. Took some thinking, but in the end it looked great. Very happy.

Will try and add a photo later, we did a remodel on a master bathroom and wanted to save room with a pocket door or a barn door . Pocket door was no longer an option so we turned the existing door into a barn door and added the hardware from this kit. Very happy client who could not believe we used their existing door!! Track runs smoothly and all very easy to install.
