Very well made. Easy to install. It didn't stick out too far. The doors glided very easily. Our floors slanted slightly so a floor mount guide didn't work. Since this installed on the baseboard, it worked out perfectly!

This worked great for our barn door! Itรขโฌโขs smooth and quiet. Better than the T that goes in the grove under the door.. the T is more hidden than this one. But this one isnรขโฌโขt too noticeable and like I said itรขโฌโขs very smooth sliding the door through it. Would definitely buy again if I put up another barn door
