I have never seen such a mess. This is completely unusable. Strings broken, packages are tore apart inside the box. Was really looking forward to using this today. Very disappointed. In the shape this was in.

The chimes sound amazing, however the design is flawed. The longest end chimes bang the hanger. I had to have a custom piece made to support them and my banging. My brother is a metal artist and fabricator, he just whipped up this stand. Send in the angels…momma has new chimes.

I love these. I have them sitting on my desk and when ever I need a relaxing stir I stroke them. The tone is so relaxing. I use them for decoration and relaxation too.

I got these to stick in my office for a quick moment of zen. They sound pleasing to the ear and aren't overly shrill. It looks good sitting on a shelf and would blend in with most decor. The wood quality feels halfway decent, and not overly cheap. I do wish there was maybe a different instrument included to move the chimes with for a softer sound (less clanking). Ideally, over time these will be fun for folks to play with if they come to discuss something in the office.
