Yes we have a cordless phone system from the dark ages. It's perfect for our needs though. The only problem was the batteries have degraded over time and some of them are almost dead. The last time we replaced one was at one of those battery stores and it cost more for one than all 4 of these.So far so good of course with something like a battery only time will tell if they last. I have used EBL rechargeable batteries in the past and one or two (AA and AAAs) do fail early but the price is always so much less than energizer or other brands that it typically works out. I'm hoping these all last but if one does fail it's still a great price for four replacement batteries.

My VTech phone system is about 15 years old and the battery pack in one of the phones has finally bitten the dust. These batteries are a perfect fit and the best part is the power capacity. The OEM batteries that came in the phones were only 300 mAh, while these are 1000 mAh. Good value.

I have a VOIP phone and I've been using the same batteries for a decade or more. One of the handsets still lasts a while but the other was in bad shape, so I grabbed these. The batteries arrived uncharged, wouldn't power on for even a second so I was worried, but I didn't have to be. After charging for over 10 hours, the battery lasts a while. Since it's a 2 pack, I am going to charge up the second one, so when it's needed it isn't dead from sitting in a drawer at 2. Hoping these last a few years, like the previous ones.

4 batteries for a great price. They fit perfectly into our old AT&T cordless phones. They came fully charged. That's a win

Have had good experiences with various EBL products including a lithium ion lawn mower battery for our portable backup generator. These EBL batteries are good quality and the batter wrapper and connector are well made so the positive experience with EBL batteries continues. Their device compatibility list is pretty comprehensive on the product page/details - so would rec'd checking compatibility since there's a few different sizes of the small JST (2-pin connectors) since these types of connectors are small and difficult to "eyeball".
