the metal point cannot be fixed to stay (stable) in place. Surprised a device easy like this can be simply unusable! Why even bother make things such like this? Won't you test it before make it in production?

The protractor was dirty, black oily dust all over it, and the compass was missing.

This is something I bought for my daughter to use for her high school studies, but my daughter told me that it's very difficult to use because the two tips underneath this compass cannot be fixed. We tried many different methods, but we couldn't get them to stay in place. Since the return period has already passed, we had no choice but to buy a compass from another brand. So I highly recommend against buying it because it's simply unusable.
