I recently purchased this Pilates combo chair for personal use at home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! It arrived incredibly fast, and the packaging was beautifully done, ensuring everything was well-protected.Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and the wood quality is outstanding—solid, smooth, and premium. The structure itself is extremely firm and stable, giving me complete confidence while using it. It truly feels like a professional-grade combo chair, and for home use, it’s more than enough to meet my needs.Overall, this has been a great experience, and I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates combo chair!

Quality seems pretty decent but the instructions to assemble are the worst I've ever seen in my life. Basically need to figure out it on your own, good luck

Pros:1) Sturdy and zero wobble - you can exercise with confidence2) Pedals move smoothly3) It is shipped in more bubble wrap and protective plastic film than I thought possible (zero damage but a giant trash bag of plastic once unwrapped)4) Good customer service. The shipping company tore a giant hole in the packaging so we were missing a number of the bolts. I contacted customer service and they answered quickly. They ended up shipping us additional bolts the very next day.Cons:1) The instructions are basically a joke. The photos are confusing and the translations are often close to gibberish. With all of the different size bolts it became a mess of trial and error. My suggestion is to look at all of the photos before you start and sort all of the parts such as D1 and D2 before you begin.2) Not all of the bolts fit well - luckily they shipped us extra so we could replace the bad ones. Contact their customer service for resolution if you have issues with the bolts.3) Some of the holes were drilled poorly (tiny damage or putty used to fix it). Since it was all just cosmetic and did not impact safety I ended up not worrying about it.Overall I think it is a good product for the price. I received excellent customer service as well.I do hope they redo their instructions for more clarity (perhaps drawings instead of odd angle photos). I can see people getting frustrated with the current instructions and giving up.
