I put it together myself with online instructions. I like the online videos. Great workout. Sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space. The workout gets results.

The chair is very sturdy yet easily foldable. I love this chair, but one thing: DVDs should have come with it. I have a manual for assembling, but exercise DVDs were nowhere to be found.

I did not like the fact that I was unable to access the videos from the web address provided in the package.The instructions did not coincidence with the photos on the chart.I had to purchase a set of videos to safe guard my safety when using the chair. .With the instructions from the videos I purchased, the use of the chair is very effective.

I need to inquire about the moving of one of the 2 springs. One is extremely difficult to change between low and high tension.Is there something that can be done rather than exchanging the chair. Please advise

I have the Malibu Pilates machine which is identical. It’s wearing out and I wanted a new machine. It looks nice but I can’t separate the pedal. I’m so tired of having issues buying through Amazon. Doesn’t anybody do any quality assurance anymore. My video won’t go in. I showed how easy it was to release the pedal on my old machine and how this one won’t budge and it has a lump under the pedal foam where the release knob is. Very frustrating

I can do much the same exercises on this as I do in the pilates studio - decently made, good value. Makes adding a home program easy.
