Set this up when I received it. Sturdier then I expected for the price. My 2 foot panels fit on it well. I zip tied them to the base for extra security due to being on a plusher carpet to ensure with a hard push it wouldn’t topple. I’m very pleased.The wheels move well, the base supports my 3 racks loaded with earrings. I’m thinking of purchasing another base when I add more panels to my boutique room.

This base is very well made, the welds are strong and have been ground smooth with no splatter. The paint appears like it is well applied, no runs or chips. I am very impressed by the quality of the base, BUT as with anything the weakest part can cause issues. With this item it is the plastic wheels shipped with the base that will support your rack. IF you never move it there most likely will never be a problem. With us the rack is moved every selling day and we needed security that a wheel would not fail so we had to purchase 5/16" threaded wheels made of steel to replace these. ALSO, none of the wheels provided had a means to lock in place so the rack can unexpectedly move when customers and moving merchandise displayed on it.

Very sturdy. Used it at a show holding heavy pictures and it did well. No balance issues
