The seller offered and gave me a full refund. Thanks to the seller.Original Comments:I bought three of these. Two were fine. One came with the package open and parts scrapped and banged up. Didn't fit together well , so asked for a refund. Seller granted the refund, but....This seller requires you to pay the cost of return shipping, which given the weight and dimension, will equal or exceed the purchase price.Also, Amazon A-Z denied a refund request.So in effect, it's a no return policy. So be forewarned. Buy at your own riskThe other two, which came sealed in the box, had all the parts intact, and the units work fine. I recommend using zip ties instead of their hardware to secure the racks.Even though these two work well, I'll never buy from this company again because of their return practice.

Products arrived broken. Weldong metal spots were all lose. Additionally it was missing bunch of attachment pieces. I tried to attach parts togethet with ziptie and whenever i get to use the unit, everything start falling due to poor stability and quality. Then i deattach everything to send back as return, ups required $300 to return the item. I have tried to reach the seller but never got respond. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOW QUALITY STAND!! I recently bought one for $49 and it standa great and quality is so high and price was 3 times lower. I had to trash this unit since i didnt want to spend $300 for return. This is how they scam you with such products.

The item come with a torn box 3 panels had the power coat scratched off of it in spots. Poor Quality. Spend a little more money ad at least get something worth having

The fixture was easy to assemble, worked great for what we needed. On 2 fixtures, 3/4 and 1/4 wheels broke as soon as we moved the fixture with merchandise loaded. Product description states, easy to move even with a lot of weight. The wheels are sub par and all broke in exactly the same place. We did unlock the wheels before moving. Otherwise I would have liked the fixture.
